ACH, Wire and/or Tax payment eMails
Several emails are being received around the country about ACH payments, wires transfers, and IRS tax payments that are not able to be processed because of some problem. All of these emails are attempts to obtain your personal information so they can try to defraud you of your money. Please do not open any attachments to the emails as they may install software that sends some of your information to the person(s) who created the fraudulent email. Pioneer Bank & Trust, the Federal Reserve Bank, NACHA, or the IRS would never contact you about this type of matter using email without you having prior knowledge of the situation.
