Loan Officer
Pioneer Bank & Trust is seeking a highly motivated individual interested in advancing their career in banking. The successful candidate will be responsible for underwriting and servicing a wide variety of agricultural, commercial and consumer loans; emphasis is placed on development and retention of profitable customer relationships and maintaining exemplary credit quality. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business and 5-7 years of bank lending experience. The individual must demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills and be committed to participate in and promote community activities.
