The Retail Training Assistant is responsible for working closely with the Retail Training Officer to
analyze all training needs, develop curriculum and delivering of the training courses. The Retail Training
Assistant also supports with evaluating the trainee for effectiveness of the training and individual
employee growth including comprehension. The Retail Training Assistant is also responsible for
development of reporting for measurement of training needs and results of training through assessments.
This individual will work closely with the Retail Training Officer and support many of the department’s
responsibilities that are listed below.
